Ladies Missionary Fellowship
| RBC History - Ministries History |
The Ladies Missionary Fellowship was established in the fall of 1987, because of the need for a more active involvement in the support of our missionaries and their various ministries. The goals at the outset were to get to know the church's missionaries and to support them with prayer. Each year has seen more accomplished toward these goals, and many ladies became involved.
In 1995, the name was changed to "Phoebe's Circle" to accommodate an expansion in the groups purpose and endeavors. The name came from the Biblical character Phoebe, who was know as one who had a servant's heart and lovingly cared for saints in the church.
The Phoebe's Circle continues today as a weekly Bible study and prayer group.
